We are Mike and Rachel, a couple who had a wedding we loved and never really stopped being part of them. Whether you need us three months out or three days out, we are ready to show up and make your day easier.

Common questions

Totally up to you. We can work with couples three months out or three days out. The earlier the better for busy weekend dates, but do not hesitate to reach out last minute.
We are based in Provo and cover the whole Wasatch Front including Orem, Salt Lake City, and anywhere in between. We are also happy to drive to cool venues further out.
Setup, teardown, day-of coordination, vendor wrangling, announcements, music, or whatever else comes up. We adapt to what you need.
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are our primary days. We are also available weeknights depending on the event.
Absolutely. If you are a venue, caterer, or planner who needs reliable last minute help, reach out. We are happy to be your go-to backup team.
